Recommended replacement of the 40 gallon gas water heater in the laundry room with a Bradford white per customer request. Customer stated he doesn’t feel he needs to replace the water heater at the time so we left estimates for customer so when he is ready to move forward and educated fully on customer’s plumbing .

I arrived at customers property to perform a plumbing inspection. We inspected the kitchen and all the bathrooms in the home and all is functioning properly with no leaks or stoppages. We also did a water heater inspection and also flush both water heaters that are from 2021. After the full home inspection again there is no leaks or stoppages and all his functioning properly at this time we did recommend water filtration to extend the life of his water heaters and all the fixtures in the home . The whole HVAC system was replaced a year ago. Also, the house was insulated while the install was done, ductwork, however needs to be replaced because the vapor barrier it’s already worn down and it could impact the efficiency of the system. Water heater form 2014 needs to be serviced as well

I arrived at customers property regarding one toilet that is clogged in the kids bathroom. Customer had a toilet auger and we used his toilet auger and was able to restore the flow flush toilet several times toilet is now flushing properly. Recommended replacement of two toilets in the home and camera inspection. Customer stated when he gets the two toilets he will call us to replace the toilet and also run the sewer camera. System overall works ok, however both filters were dirty but customer didn’t have replace for it, suggest him to replace them ASAP, blower wheel for 4T system it’s getting dirty and creating a concerning shaking on the system, also the smaller 2.5T system evaporator coil it’s growing mold on the surface, provide the customer with a quote for fixing both issues

My AC system stopped working. I contacted RocketMan Service to get a quote for a new Carrier AC/Furnace to replace very old unit. Eric and Jorge quickly responded and get a new system installed the next day. They have a great installer team that came around 8:30 and completed around noon.
