I arrived at customers property to complete tankless water heater repair today. We replaced igniter, the flame rods and we also scaled this tankless. After testing customers now getting hot water with no error code tankless is still under warranty the rain. Thank you for choosing rocket Man, plumbing and air.

I arrived at customers property regarding master bathroom, shower water, not getting hot as customer would like husband shower is reaching about 93 to 94° in temperature. Recommended start with replacing the cartridge. This is a Delta single handle faucet. Customer stated he will reach out to Delta to get the cartridge sent to him or he will go buy one for us to come back and make the install. Advise customer at this cartridge does not fix his issue. The next step will be replacing the shower valve with the new trim kit. Customer stated he will notify us once he get his hands on the cartridge and we will schedule a date and time to come out and make the proper repairs.

Replaced 40 gallon short natural gas water heater with new Navien 240-npe A2 tankless water heater. Tested for leaks, all is functioning properly now. One year parts and labor warranty through RocketMan Service. Additional manufacture warranty picks up after that for three years on part. Heat exchanger is warranty for 20 years through manufacturer.

Customer complained about the thermostat giving his a bad contactor fault code, after replacing it everything started running properly again, customer also wanted to replace both capacitors to prevent any issues in the future

I arrived at customers property regarding a bathtub that is filling up with water due to the AC condensation line. Today we removed the overflow and ran the top snake and was able to restore flow. Test tub several times with customer. Customer is satisfied. Also discuss AC reroute to the outside of the home with the customer. 90 day warranty on drain cleaning. Customer complained about his heat pump not working properly, when I show to he house realized that the compressor was completely frozen and contactor was constantly turning on and off because it was only getting 20v to it which isn’t enough to make it run, check the air handler and had the same issue, in the end was a bad thermostat base, provide the customer with a quote for a new one and also for a membership, systems work perfectly fine, just need a new thermostat

Coil and condenser recently replaced but furnace it’s from 2012 already out of warranty, blower motor doesn’t work on heat or fan speeds, only on cool, provide the customer with a quote for replacing the motor and another quote for replacing the furnace and have a whole new HVAC system with 10 year warranty

Performed call maintenance on both furnaces for a home as well as create an estimate for home ventilation controller, completed maintenance filling out forms for each system, as well as ensuring proper safety controls and temperature rise performing properly

I arrived at customers property regarding a Rheem tankless water heater that is located in the garage is giving an error code 11. Customer did speak with manufacture and stated that the igniter rod and flame rod needs to be cleaned. Today we attempted to clean the rods and we still received the error code 11 recommended homeowner get with Rheem to send out the parts for the repair of the igniter rod the flame rod and the transformer. Field supervisor will be getting with the rheem representative as well to see if he can get hands on the part as well to assist the customer through this process.

Second floor Goodman works properly, however first floor carrier it’s from 2001, even though heating components works ok, there’s a high probability for that ac to fail in the near future so I warned the customer and provide him with a quote for a new HVAC system

System overall it’s working properly but during the inspection realized that drain pan does not have a float switch installed, also there’s back bacteria growth on the blower motor compartment and heat pump doesn’t have a surge protector installed, provide customer with quotes to keep his investment safe

Brand new HVAC system and water heater, both working properly, customer didn’t realized that the filter fell off from the return box and control board and blower motor got full of dust, did my best to clean it up but at this point the smartest decision to protect the investment would be to have a ionizer installed so it can take care of the rest of the dust stuck on blower, also suggest to have a surge protector installed on the condenser so it protects the equipment from electrical outages

I arrived at customers property regarding a tankless water heater with an error code 11. Got on reams website and was able to verify the tankless water heater in the garage is under warranty and is from 2019 and expires in 2024 of November. Recommended we replace the flame rod igniter rod and transformer. Also recommended customer flush the tankless water heater customer stated he will do that himself. Customer approved the work and stated as soon as he gets the part he will call us to make the install to get his family hot water .

Both HVAC systems and both water heaters are new, no issues found, however the connections from furnace to coil and plenum are not properly sealed leading to condensation and then mold, suggest the customer to take care of this issue before it’s too late, provide him with a quote for it

House properly insulated and new system working properly, however ductwork condition isn’t the best, water heaters haven’t been flushed since installed 3 years ago and the other system it’s getting old increasing significantly the chances of failing

Cooling part of the HVAC system it’s working properly but both furnaces are getting old and they should be replaced before fail to prevent extra damage on condenser and coil

System installed less than 2 years ago by our company, no issues found on the equipment or the accessories, both water heaters in really good shape and not water and gas piping in good condition, no recommendations or suggestions

Return to customers property to complete the install of the 50 gallon tall gas water heater in the attic replace supply lines and tested for leaks all is functioning properly at this time six year manufacture warranty one year warranty through RocketMan plumbing and air. Install gas conversion kit, adjusting gas pressure at furnace to proper pressure, ensuring proper heating operation on all three systems

Both systems are from 2006 but still functional, run capacitors for blower motors are both in great shape and according to the manufacturer specs, both drain pans in good condition and with float switches installed, primary drain on second floor was clogged so I proceed to flush it and confirm that it’s properly draining, insulation level it’s perfect and ductwork condition it’s ok

Gas pressure at time will not exceed nine water column 11 needed for natural gas, but regulation screws are set as high as they can go and still will not exceed nine research on kids install to be followed up on following day Friday or return trip needed

New limit switch had a short on it and it create a short on secondary fuse and burned the transformer, proceed to replace the switch for the old one and everything started to work properly again, no more issues found

I arrived at customers property regarding a water heater that is not giving hot water. Customer took me straight to the water heater when I arrived and stated that he has not had hot water in two days and he attempted to relight the water heater and also he has a relative that’s a plumber but they did not have any tools at that time. Recommended replacing the 20 year old water heater that’s in the attic that has not been maintenance customer stated he’s interested in financing but he will need to discuss with his wife before he moves forward on any option. This water heater is on the second floor in the attic right next to the stairs . Advise customer a new water heater will come with supply lines 1 year warranty on labor and a six year manufacture warranty recommended installing a Rheem natural gas water heater.
