Performed for maintenance on systems in Hué building, ensuring proper heating performance on electric air handler’s, completing maintenance forms

Both systems from 2012 out of warranty but still in good condition, no issues were found on the systems itself, however drain pan from second floor system it’s extremely rusted and doesn’t have a float switch installed, for the first floor one the drain pan it’s in excellent condition but doesn’t have a float switch installed, provide the customer with a quote for taking care of this issues, will follow up next week

Replace 2 furnaces Monday 12/11

Customer have 3 hvac systems and 2 water heaters but only wanted to sign up for one membership, no issues found

I arrived at customers property to perform a plumbing inspection. We started in the attic we custom has 2 40gallon tall natural gas water heaters that are from 2013 recommended replacement. Due to age and non-maintenance on the water heater. Customer also has water filtration system on the home that has signs of leakage recommended replacement. We discussed flushing the water heater with the customer and also she wants the mainline camera. Customer is in a time crunch and will call us when she’s ready to move forward. Both systems are working properly as well as the media filters and insulation levels in the attic, however both water heaters are from 2014 and haven’t been flushed since installed, customer sign a plumbing membership so they can both be serviced

Both systems are recently installed, no issues found, attic insulation it’s slightly below the minimum required, ducts and plenums are getting dusty and condenser doesn’t have a surge protector to prevent electrical issues on the system, provide the customer with a quote for all this issues

I arrived at customers property regarding knocking noises in the wall. We previously came out to the property and gave an estimate on replacing 10 foot of section and a price on that repair. Customer have family in town over the weekend and heard the knocking noises in the wall again this is due to thermal expansion and pipes are probably not insulated and strapped properly. we did leave estimates. We are not responsible for any sheetrock repairs to access these pipes. Customer stated let him think about it and he will talk to his wife again and if he decides to move forward he will give us a call. I RAW the customers property regarding a 40gallon natural sure gas water heater the gas control valve has failed this water heater from 2020. Today I assisted homeowner by calling Rheem and we expedited the new gas control valve to the customers property gas control valves arrive we will return to complete the install. And at that time there will be a charge for the install of the tank tight water heater. Job is complete and tell parts arrive

Both systems and water heater work properly, no issues found, house properly insulated and ductwork condition in ok, however any of the drain pans doesn’t have a float switch installed, strongly recommend it’s install to prevent any water damage, provide the customer with a quote for it

I arrived at customers property regarding water heaters in the home making knocking noises. Customer has a water heater in a small attic space in the master bedroom there is a 40gallon tall water heater that is a hot point brand and is continuously knocking. Recommend replacing that water heater with new supply lines. Also there is another water heater in the attic that is a 50 gallon coal natural gas water heater that is Rheem that is from 2015 and has not been maintenance either recommended replacing this water heater as well with new water supply lines. Both water heaters are out of warranty through the manufacture. New water heaters will come with a one-year warranty through RocketMan plumbing and air and a six-year manufactures warranty. Upon inspection of furnaces, discovered that propane conversion kit had not been installed in furnace installed previous year located kit and will return following day to complete furnace maintenances as well as install proper conversion kit Completed maintenance is on both furnaces and replace all filter, ensuring proper heating cycle in working order
Excellent service

System from 2006 but it still working properly, however I told the customer to be ready for replacing it because it’ll be cheaper in the long run instead of trying and fix it, drain pan in good condition and drain working properly, house have good insulation and accessories are ok. Drain pan doesn’t have a float switch connected to it, evaporator coil it’s clean but a UV light it’s recommended to help the system last as long as possible, also surge protector will prevent any electrical issues in case that an electrical outage happens, all the recommendations are quoted and sent to customer via email

Furnace overall it’s in decent shape, however condenser and coil are the opposite, provide the customer with a quote for it’s replacement because he might needed sooner than later, drain pan in very bad shape and there’s no float switch present in it, only one on the secondary drain, condenser in bad shape as well as the evaporator coil, water heater has been recently replaced and the insulation its within the standards

Performed maintenance on both furnace for home, ensuring proper safe, running order as well. All safety devices working properly temprise on each unit at spec spoke with homeowner on air purification and will follow up Friday

I arrived at customers property regarding possible gas leak customer wife stated she can smell slight gas from fire place area . We used gas sniffer and could not locate leak at fireplace . If Gas smell gets worse recommend we can come out with a second hand and do a full home gas test if customer would like to go that route customer stated he has never smelled gas and neither could I smell any gas at all in that location. We recently installed water heater and completed full home water repipe all plumbing functioning properly.

Arrived at customers property regarding water temperature not getting hot to her liking. Customer would like us to turn up the temperature on the new tank that was installed. When I remove the plate cover for the old water heater that we did not replace in garage temperature was set at 150°. Customer requested that we turn the new water heater up to 150° as well I stated it should not be at the temperature customer wants both to work at the same temperature and that she likes her water very hot. We turned up the temperature as customer requested and we’re not responsible if anyone get scolded by any hot water. We advised customer may take 45 minutes to an hour for the water temperature to increase. Customer stated it by tonight the water is not hot enough for her likings. She will be calling us back out to resolve the issue. When I checked the temperature of the water it was at 104°. Again I advise customer to give it about 45 minutes to an hour after turning up the temperature per he

Bad inducer draft motor and high limit switch, system it’s still under warranty and customer wants to move forward with the repair, both systems in good shape besides the 2 bad components on the furnace, water heaters in bad shape too
Very professional and timely

I arrived at customers property regarding a plumbing inspection when I arrive the AC technician was on site. Today we did a full home inspection all the plumbing in the home is all functioning properly and fairly new. Customers risers in the garage with a water filter is located also customer has 250 gallon tall water heaters in the garage that one is making knocking noises possibly both today we attempted to flush out the first water heater after about 45 seconds the boiler drain got clogged from all of the sediment. We flush the second water heater we were successful reflective for 15 minutes and it was a large amount of sediment buildup in this tank water heaters from 2016 and we recommend replacing with new Supply lines. Both HVAC systems are working properly, no issues found at all, the only suggestion I have is to have a UV light installed on the first floor one so they both can be protected from bacteria, mold or viruses, also both water heaters are from 2006 but they still functional, customer wants to wait for them to go out before replacing them

I arrived at customers property regarding an inspection of his water filtration system customer stated he does not have any issues at this time does recommend that we put our eyes on it and check for any leaks or any visible filter issues. Water filter was installed two years ago customer stated by Abacus plumbing and should still be under warranty . We went into the attic to inspect the water heaters customer has 2 50 gallon tall gas water heaters in the attic that are from 2009 customer stated he doesn’t remember or it has not been maintenance in years. Today we left an option or replacement of the to take water heater they will come with new supply lines. I recently replaced the kitchen faucet and the two bathroom sink faucets in the master. Tested the showers tub and toilets in the home all are functioning properly we also inspected all the holes beds on our side of the home and they are all functioning properly as well no leaks or stoppage is on the property at this time all is f
Rocketman helped my real estate client do a follow-up deep dive inspection based on our general inspection results. On the one issue, they confirmed an issue and gave the repair costs to negotiate with. With the second issue, they confurmed the plumbing was not damsged from the foundation repairs. My technician Brandon was punctual, courteous and professional; he replaced the kitchen faucet in a skilled, experienced manner and completed the task efficiently and in a timely manner.
Brandon was on time. He installed the water heater quickly. He cleaned up any mess that occurred. The old water heater was removed from the attic with no incident. I am pleased with how I was treated.

I got good service but my AC is still not working so I call the company again to come back out and they wanted to charge me again now mind you in Texas is very hot over 100 degrees..so I’m not happy with my outcome .. Hi, I’m not sure we deserve a 1-star review as we’ve been trying to reach you yesterday and today (6 times) without success to resolve your system not cooling. The systems coils were extremely impacted with dirt and debris which is what you’ve paid for at a very reason price. They are now clean which took some effort. If it isn’t cooling then we need to take a look at next steps. Your system is R-22 which is discontinued and very well past what we’d expect a systems lifespan. Can you call us so we can get you some options? I’m happy to work with you to find a resolution that meets your needs and budget.
