I arrived at customers property regarding a Rheem tankless water heater that is not providing hot water attempted to do research on the serial number there is no information coming up on this water heater possibly due to age and manufacture date. This tankless water heater has not been maintenance. Water heater is giving a code of C7 and error code 13 we reset the unit and then started getting error code C4 and error code 13. Customer will receive hot water for 8 to 10 minutes Then University down. Recommended replacement of the Rheem water heater with a new Navient with isolation kit and supply lines.
